The Friendly Giraffe- A Free Amigurumi Crochet Pattern

This free crochet giraffe pattern is one of my very favorites! I have made it for baby showers, toddlers, even adults! It is always a hit! And I don't limit myself to traditional colors... that is half the fun!
Or even yarn weight! Check out the difference here...

The mustard one is worked with a 3.75 (F) hook and size 4 worsted weight yarn. He measures about 10 inches sitting down. The multi-colored purple giraffe is about 15 inches tall and obviously bigger. She was worked up using a 4.5 hook and size 5 bulky yarn. (about 220 yard- which was 2 skeins of I Love this Yarn Chunky plus the accent feet, nose and horn.)

If you are intereseted in the ad-free, printable PDF you can get it for a small fee on Etsy or Ravelry.
Scroll down for the free pattern!!

If you are new to amigurumi projects, check out this post that has a ton of great tips and tricks to help you out! (And add some adorable details!)

    Let's get started!

    You will need:
Approx 100 g size 4 yarn  (I Love this Yarn) OR 250 yards Size 5
